Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles are tightly sealed and secure to prevent leakage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
